Baptism
Baptism is a public declaration of your choice to follow Jesus as your Lord and Savior.
If anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come.
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” 2 Corinthians 5:17 (NIV)
Water baptism is a powerful next step in your journey with Jesus, an outward declaration of the inward transformation he has begun in your life. It is not just a tradition. It is a moment where your faith goes public, your past is washed away, and you rise into the new life God has for you.
Whether you have just decided to follow Jesus or have been walking with him for a while and are ready to take this step, now is the time. Jesus was baptized. Now it’s your turn. Let’s celebrate together.
What does the Bible say about baptism?
Jesus commanded his followers to make disciples, “baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit” (Matthew 28:19). Baptism is an outward expression of a believer’s faith. Read more in what we believe.
